Sugar cookies, chocolate frosting, candy corn, m & m's, and colored frosting tubes...made by a mom in my class for our kiddos...very cute, very yummy, very easy, and fun for the kids!

Very fun! I made some with cupcakes two years ago. They were SUPER cute and used just candy corns, chocolate frosting, and white and blue frosting tubes.
